The Dayton tOhloi Savings and Trust Company yesterday filed an Intervening pe tition in the involuntary bankruptcy pro ceedings of John W. Ttlton. musical in trument dealer, of Dayton. The Intervenor states that tn order to secure the payment of 25 promissory notes of each, payable 'in from on to twenty-five months, and signed by Lenard Coleman, and one for $5 the bankrupt gave a chattel mortgage oa a piano. A similar mortgage was executed to tbe intervenor to secure, the payment of 13 each notes payable by F.
