ASSAULTED Patrolman Jack Lohs, 29, reported a man he was arresting for disorderly conduct at 261 Setchell St. struck him with his fists and kicked him in the leg Sunday, Patrolman William Trenkamp, 32, reported a man he was questioning took swing at him at 3295 Erie Ave. at a.m, Saturday.

James Powell, 29, 2531 Williamsburg reported his girlfriend stabbed him in the stomach with a knife during an altercation at his residence at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, A 22-year-old Burnet Woods woman reported a man entered her residence through an unlocked door, removed her billfold from her purse, tied her hands behind her back, and raped her at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. Sheila Owens, 21, Northside, reported the driver of an auto she had accidentally struck with her shoe knocked her down and struck her on the hip with a lead pipe at 900 Bank St. at 6 p.m, Saturday Linda Reno, 22, 2020 Sutter reported a man struck her on the head with a bottle as she attempted to stop an argument at her residence at 1:10 a.m.

John Young, 31, 2125 Central reported a man pointed a gun at him and struck him several times in the face with his free hand after an altercation in front of his residence at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, The mother of William McCloy, 14, Delhi, reported a male juvenile struck him twice in the face with his fist at 4008 Glenway Ave. at 10:30 p.m. Friday, ROBBED James Schehr, 20.

Barker, 7 76, 1201 North Bend reported his residence burglarized of three mink pieces, a camera, and two watches all valued at $2825 Sunday, William Cogan, 48, 5727 Lantana reported his residence burglarized of stereo equipment, three watches, and other merchandise all valued at $572 Saturday, Ernest Kendrick, 43, 5912 Lantana reported his residence burglarized of two suitcases, a television, watch, and other merchandise all valued at $650 Saturday, Richard Wallace, 24, 3715 Michigan reported his residence burglarized of stereo equipment, air conditioner, and other merchandise all valued at $3018 August 30-September 7. John Dickman, 24, 396 Grand reported his apartment burglarized of a color television, stereo equipment, jewelry, and other merchandise all valued at $3320 Thursday-Friday. John Nolan, 46, 514 Orient reported his residence burglarized of assorted men's jewelry, savings bonds, and other merchandise all valved at $1233 Friday Francis Mack, 25, 641 Forest reported her apartment burglarized of currency: television, stereo equipment, and other merchandise all valued at $1875 Friday-Saturday, John Clifford, 52, 5070 Hawaiian reported his residence burglarized of a television, silverware, and other merchandise all valued at $1310 September 2-3, Terry Dubois, 24, 4300 Duck Creek reported his apartment burglarized of a color television and stereo equipment all valued at $1100 Friday-Saturday. The owner of Stan's Place, 3210 Warsaw Ave. reported the tavern burglarized of $500 currency Saturday.

Rufus Newbill 26, Evanston, reported a residence at 3531 Vista Ave. burglarized of stereo equipment and other merchandise all valued at $865 July 15- September 7. Maurice Wagner, 24, 3332 Alamo reported his apartment burglarized of a color television and stereo equipment all valued at $844 September 2-6. Louis Lobert, 28, Mt.

Jackie Martin, 24, 3800 Washington Ave. reported her residence burglarized of two coats, watch, currency, and other merchandise all valued at $849 August 30. Daniel Hershey, 35.

726 Lafayette reported his residence burglarized of two televisions, two radios, and stereo equipment all valued at $555 September Glen Stegeman, 27, 2660 Thomasville reported his residence burglarized of a television and stereo and camera equipment all valued at $1280 Friday. Bill Buente, 25, 5530 Hamilton reported his residence burglarized of camera equipment and two rings all valved at $694 Friday. An employee of Continental Baking 640 Richmond reported the bakery burglarized of a cash register valued at $1260 Saturday-Monday. Sharon O'Brien, 30, 2240 Westwood Northern Blvd, reported her apartment burglarized of two shotguns. rifle, and assorted ammunition all valued at $929 Sunday-Monday, James Royston, 37, 439 McGregor reported his residence burglarized of a television, stereo and camera equipment, and other merchandise all valued at $1018 Sunday-Monday.

L. M. Franz, 60, 2375 Montana reported her residence burglarized of two diamond rings valued at $2681 Saturday. Amos Young, 29, 773 Wareham reported his residence burglarized of nine pieces of 1 furniture, stereo equipment, 500 record albums, and other merchandise all valued at $1999 SaturdayMonday. ARRESTED, CHARGED Michael Hill, 20, 1807 Garden charged with possession of a narcotic drug, police said he threw one bag of white powder into a shrub at 400 Forest Ave. and had another in his shirt pocket at 6:30 p.m. Friday. William Moseley, 24, 5425 Stewart and William Lewis, 21, Ft.

Knox, both charged with possession of a hallucinogen; police said they had a bag of marijuana under the seat of their auto at 4900 Stewart Rd. at 10:30 p.m. Friday. Sylvester Jackson, 22, 21 W. 13th charged with resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer, police said he bit an officer on the right arm when arrested for a traffic capias at his residence at 1 a.m.

Saturday: Mattie Willingham, 36, 1808 Race charged with aggravated assault; police said she fired three shots at her boyfriend all three missing during an altercation at her residence at 1:15 p.m. Sunday. HELD TO THE GRAND JURY John Smiley, 24, 985 Paradrome arrested July 11 and charged with possession of a hallucinogen. Thomas Pearson, 24, 847 Glenwood arrested August 28 and charged with aggravated burglary and possession of a hallucinogen. Rick Lay, 18, 3421 Price arrested September 3 and charged with aggravated burglary.

CRIMINAL AL COURT DISPOSITIONS Obie Waldron, 49, 1717 Northampton arrested August 22 and charged with aggravated assault; dismissed.
