The Johnson Family pi Florists Help sought to ID body found in river BY CINDY SCHROEDER The Cincinnati Enquirer Boone County authorities are hoping Kentucky's forensic anthropologist can help them identify human skeletal remains found in the Ohio River Friday. A fisherman in a boat found the body in water at the river's edge, Boone County Police Lt.

Jack Banks said. He said the person's sex was not known. No clothing or other identifying evidence was found at the scene. "We'll contact Dr. Emily Craig, the state forensic anthropologist, on Monday," Boone County Coroner Don Stith said Saturday.

"She can analyze (the body) and tell us its sex, race and approximate age and weight." The remains were taken to the Kentucky state medical examiner's facilities at St. Luke Hospital East. Lt. Banks said the fisherman contacted authorities about 8:45 p.m. Friday after marking the area where he found the body about 500 feet downstream from the East Bend Powf Plant.

Police sticking to their theory Until car found, boyfriend suspect BY BETH MENGE The Cincinnati Enquirer BLANCHESTER Until Carrie Culberson's Honda CRX is found, police have no reason to rethink their theories on the missing woman, Blanchester Police Chief Richard Payton said Saturday. "We have to find that car and confirm that that's it," Chief Payton said. "And until that's done we're not even sure it's the right car." A Norwood police officer spotted what is thought to be Ms. Culberson's car 'speeding in Norwood early Friday. The officer was not able to see the driver or catch the car.

The sighting prompted Vincent Doan, who is charged with four counts of kidnapping in Ms. Culberson's disappearance, to urge investigators Friday to redirect their focus to other suspects. Mr. Doan, of Blanchester, is expected to go on trial on the kidnapping charges June 9. But Chief Payton said police need to find the car.

"They haven't found the car and they're not sure yet, so there's nothing to rethink about Mr. Doan," Chief Payton said Saturday. Ms. Culberson has been missing from her Blanchester home since August. Her car, a 1989 Honda CRX, with Ohio license plate ROL 402, has been missing since the night she disappeared.

In Norwood on Saturday, police officers were watching out for Ms. Culberson's car, Sgt. S. Loomis said. 1 McCULLOUGH Oris Robert, beloved husband of Joan Carroll McCullough.
