Auburn girl reported she was raped in a house on Clifton Ave.

by three youths at 2:30 p.m. Monday. Ben Bland, 19, reported that a man struck him on the head with the butt of a shotgun during an argument in the back yard at 661 Forest Ave. at 2 a.m. Monday, Albert Hess, 44, reported he was fired upon by a man in a moving auto the street at 3700 River Rd.

at 9:30 p.m. Monday. ROBBERIES Howard, 20, manager for United Dairy Farmers, reported that two men, one armed with a revolver, took $20 from the carry-out at 1334 California Ave. at 8:45 p. m.

Monday. HELD TO THE GRAND JURY Terry Lee Carter, 28, 7051 Beechmont arrested September 12 and charged with larceny by trick: Judge Klusmeier presided. William Toler, 21, 214 E. Mulberry arrested October 19 and charged with robbery: Judge Klusmeir presided. CRIMINAL COURT DISPOSITIONS Lethedia Fulton, 18, 3315 Bevis with arrested October 20 and charged unlawful use of a credit card: Judge George imposed a sentence of 30 days, all suspended, $200 fine, and court costs.

ARRESTED AND CHARGED James Mack, 26, 794 W. Court and Linda Peterson, 21, 716 Main were arrested at 716 Main St. at 1:30 p.m. Monday and charged with unlawful possession of a hallucinogen. Douglas Smith, 30.

8746 Neptune Mt. Healthy, was arrested at 934 E. and McMillan St. with at 3:30 p.m. Monday charged armed robbery, Police reported he was arrested in connection wi.h Monday's holdup of the Super Druq Store at the McMildan, Mrs.

Street Billie address. Dean Burnet was arrested at 911 25, Vine Newberry, 3477 St. with at two 3:30 p. m. Monday and charged Robert counts of larceny by trick.

Rice, 22, 548 Ringgold was arrested at 29.45 Colerain Ave. af 3:05 p.m. Monday and charged with housebreaking. Olden Arnold, 18, Route 50, Milford. was arrested at 2501 Columbia Pky.

at 3:10 a.m. Tuesday and charged with unlawful use of hallucinogen. David McLaughlin, 19. 2372 Park St. at 11 a.m.

Tuesday and charged was arrested at 1101 Sycamore with unlawful sale of dangerous drugs. Gerald Turner, 28, 3716 E. Kemper was arrested at the Criminal Investigation section at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday and charged with uttering checks. against insufficient funds.
