A woman who has been suspended as an assistant coach for an all-boys team Is complaining of sex discrimination on the part of Forest Park Knothole League.

A formal complaint will be filed with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission today at 1 p.m., by the Cincinnati Chapter of the National Organization for Women (NOW) on behalf of Mrs. Peggy Blackwell. Margie Robertson of NOW said the organization will file the complaint under the Public Accomodations Act of the current Ohio Revised Code. "Segregation on public owned property is illegal," Robertson contended. Mrs.

Blackwell has shared the coaching responsibilities with her husband ever since he assumed the night shift at the Sherwin-Williams chemical division plant.
